Honeywell (Safety Footwear)

During my 10 years of experience at Honeywell International, I focus at product development (shoe sole and shoe upper design), but also I closely colaborated with our internal team on brand identity for global portfolio (Honeywell, Otter, King's, MTS, Oliver), product testing, certification and quality control.

As a Group Leader at Footwear Innovations, I authored/co-authored over dozen international patents focused primarely on comfort and safety. I was also responisble to develop a new design process into a fully digital workflow, incorporating 3D scanning, 3D modeling, 3D printing, rapid prototyping and photorealistic visualization in the pre-prototyping phase with main goal to reduce development cycle time.
